Welcome to Belle Lumieres. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Placing an Order

  • By placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price at checkout.

2. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images of our jewelry. However, we cannot guarantee that colors, textures, or details will be exactly as shown on your device.

  • Prices and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Belle Lumieres. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to): product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute final acceptance.

4. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

  • We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.

  • All prices are in USD, and payments must be completed in this currency.

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States ???????? and selected international locations.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and method selected at checkout.

  • Ready-to-ship items: dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order items: production requires 2–5 weeks before dispatch.

  • Free standard shipping is available within the U.S. on orders over $500.

  • International customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, and VAT charges.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must include the jewelry piece, original box, and documentation.

  • All items must be in their original condition. Rings and diamonds will be inspected before any refund or exchange is approved. Items that are altered or tampered with are not eligible.

  • Custom-made or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We allow one return or exchange per customer, per year.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded following our Refund Policy.

8. Personal Information

  • By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Warranties & Liability
