Processing Time
In-Stock Items: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: Typically require 2–6 weeks for production. Please refer to individual product pages for specific timelines.
Rush Orders: For urgent requests, please contact us at support@bellelumieres.com. Please note: expedited shipping does not shorten production times.
Shipping Process
Order Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery Requirements: To protect your purchase, all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned, the cost of reshipment will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Duties & VAT: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and VAT charges, which will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
Unpaid Charges: Belle Lumieres is not responsible for packages returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or VAT.
