Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

Delivery Timelines

• In-Stock Items: Delivered within 2–5 business days after processing.

• Made-to-Order Pieces: Crafted with care and delivered within 2–6 weeks. Please check individual product pages for estimated timelines.

• Rush Orders: For urgent deliveries, contact us at support@bellelumieres.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Signature Requirement

To ensure secure delivery, all orders require a signature upon receipt. Please plan accordingly.

International Deliveries

We ship worldwide via trusted carriers like DHL. Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days. Customs duties and VAT are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails and your package is returned, reshipment costs will be billed to the original purchaser.
