Refund & Return Policy

At Belle Lumieres, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Ready-to-Ship Jewelry Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, ring box, and documentation included.

  • All jewelry will be inspected (including diamonds and gemstones) before processing a refund or exchange.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


Restocking Fees

  • Altered Items for Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies to items that have been modified (e.g., resized, plated, or otherwise altered from the original design).


Made-to-Order Jewelry

  • All made-to-order, custom, and personalized jewelry is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • We encourage customers to contact us with any questions prior to placing a custom order.


Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

  • Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, orders that are processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Will I be refunded for my canceled order?

  • Refunds follow the same policy outlined above.

  • Canceled ready-to-ship items may still incur fees if modifications have already been made.

  • Made-to-order items remain non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds may take 2–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
